‘Ultimeter’ has been written in response to a lack of customisable meters and progress bars as plugins in WordPress.

It uses a simple shortcode to display a choice of different meters (a thermometer and a progress bar in the Lite version, with three more added in the Pro version). It then allows you to choose between percentage or currency units (as well as a custom unit or WooCommerce product in the Pro version). You can specify the total (goal) amount, as well as the total raised (progress) amount. You can even choose the colour of the meter, to keep it in line with your own styles.

Now using Custom Post Types

Previous versions of Ultimeter had limited support for multiple meters. It was possible, but only with complicated shortcodes. We have now moved to using Custom Posts, so you can have as many Ultimeters as you need. Simply go to ‘Add New Ultimeter’ in the menu bar and start creating! As soon as you are ready, hit ‘publish’ and copy the shortcode using the button provided. Then insert it into any post or page.

If you already have an Ultimeter on your page, don’t worry! You can still access and edit your Ultimeter using the legacy method, via the Ultimeter item in the ‘Settings’ menu. But we strongly recommend you create new Ultimeters using the new custom post type or convert your existing ones.

Please let us know what you think of the new interface, and if you have an idea for an improvement or a new feature, and we accept it onto our roadmap, we’ll give you a year’s Professional Version for free.

This plugin really does what it says it will. Worked perfectly and I wanted some special css changes and got help back in less than 10 minutes. I went with the pro version and we are very satisfied. Buddy

Attractive, clean images and easy to use - what's more, the developer is quite responsive to support needs, even helping me with a snag I ran into. I recommend Ultimeter!

This plugin is the only one I’ve found that really does this. It works exactly as intended and is very simple to configure. It’s responsive and looks great as well. I had a small issue getting a custom animation to work and the support was top tier. Couldn’t ask for more. FWIW it’s very much worth the small price for the pro version. Inexpensive and gives you a lot of extra cool features to play with. Very glad I found this. Cheers ✌🏼

Congratulations. You are just about the first free plugin designer who has ever responded promptly to a help request from me. I appreciate that others are also doing it for free but if they cannot provide a reasonable backup they should not do it at all. Second many thanks as your CSS advice worked perfectly. You really must know your way around your plugin! Feel I am dreaming. A thoroughly professional designer who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Well done. My reward is to buy the premium version.
