I needed a simple Calendar/meeting option that wasn’t too complex, nor costly (ideally, free to start with) and importantly that clients could book online and pay too! Timetics delivers and even the Free version offers this! Super amazing! You can even check and customise email notifications, and have URL link for each service/ meetings. Impressed at the features for the Free version.If you spend a bit of time and patience to go through the different features — you’ll see it delivers basic functions, and much more if you upgrade. I had a few questions that came up whilst still learning about this plug-in and immediately wrote to Support. The customer service is excellent. They give you screenshots to explain and support answers are very thorough! If it is more complicated you should provide access to a stage or the live system. This speeds up the process. For websites which rely on languages other then English there are some strings missing, so not possible to translate yet. Multilingual support could be a problem too. You need to be aware of that. I guess the strings will be fixed somewhen soon. The Timetics plugin was just what I needed to get that setup and working correctly. It also helped that they have instructions available online and a responsive support team for any other questions that may come up. The features have grown and evolved so much that we’ve adopted their methods into our operating methods. The plugin is smooth, the most versatile thing about it is the options we have to accepting payments. Directly through their integrations with payment partners or as woocommerce checkout. Brilliant. The analytics and reports are ideal for our team to work with as well. The next best thing is the quick availability of their customer support. Over the past few years I’ve only reached out twice.. but both times, they have swiftly replied and fixed the problem seamlessly. It’s really great to have a real team behind this project.
